Our return and exchange policy are designed to provide you with a hassle-free experience. Please take a moment to review the details below:

 

Return and Replacement Eligibility:

  • Return and replacement is available for all Gizland products.
  • To be eligible, a request must be raised within 48 hours of receiving the product.
  • Products must be unused and intact, with all original packaging, tags, and accessories.

Request Submission:

  • To initiate a return or replacement, please contact our Customer Service team within the specified 48-hour window via email at gizlandofficial@gmail.com.

Refund Method:

  • Gizland does not offer cash refunds for returned items. We only offer store credit.
  • Upon approval of your return or replacement request, we will initiate the refund process once the returned shipment is received and inspected.
  • The store credit coupon will be provided within 3-4 days of the return-to-origin (RTO) shipment delivery.

Store Credit Usage:

  • The store credit issued can be utilized to purchase any other product available on our website.
  • Store credit is non-transferable and has no cash value.

Shipping Charge:

  • A fixed shipping charge of Rs. 200 incurred during the original purchase is non-refundable.
  • Customers are responsible for any additional shipping costs associated with returning the product.

Condition of Returned Items:

  • Products must be returned in their original condition, including all tags, packaging, and accessories.
  • Gizland reserves the right to refuse returns if the product is not in its original condition.

Timeline for Processing:

  • Once we receive your returned item, please allow up to 7 business days for processing.
  • Replacement orders will be shipped within 3-4 days of RTO shipment delivery.

Cancellation of Orders:

  • Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. Please contact Customer Service for assistance with cancellations.
